Placing an Order

Thank you for visiting us to place your order. To save you time and money, we have created the simple steps
below to help you navigate the site and remove any confusion. Our goal is to make this a pleasant, fast experience for you.
If at anytime you need help, you can always open the Request a Quote form so we may help you. We are one of the longest lasting custom apparel, awards and promotional companies in the Washington, Metro area. We use many resources to provide you with top quality, low priced items that fit your needs.

This site will give you direct access to actual pictures of items, and the best prices to everything you are looking for. In some cases, you will be shown items from various suppliers of ours but you will always have access to us for ordering. So you don’t have to worry about going away from our company or getting a better price than we will give you for those items. Please take a moment and read our Terms of Ordering

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Decide on what you want to order, how many and what date you need the item. Look for the item (s) by
selecting one of the Links in the “Item Selection List”.

For example, if you are looking for:
Awards: any items that can be used for any award and/or gift you may need that recognizes every type of business or organization accomplishment. Awards come in the forms of clocks & gifts, donor walls, figures, plaques, signage, acrylic etc. There are many options to view by selecting the “Awards”, “Trophies”, “Plaques” or “Gifts” links in the item selection list.
Promotional Items: any items that you want to use in your business or organization to increase your customers response rates, provide a constant established message or to market your business or function.
Jackets: examples of the highest quality items in active apparel, team apparel, outerwear and work wear.
Basketball, Soccer, Baseball: These links show pictures of some of the most popular sportswear that has been ordered over time. In this section, you can write down the item number, style and quantity for price quotes.
Team: you will find items for team uniforms that you can design via a 4-Step Design process. There are no minimums, all decorations are included in the price and they are normally made within 7 or 14 business days.
Specialty Items: various offers containing examples of choir robes, golf apparel & accessories, business printing items, printable bags, drink ware items, pens and pencils and more imprint able apparel catalogs.
2. Be sure to write down your items on a separate piece of paper to be added to the quote form later. In most cases when you find an item you want, the items you are viewing will give an option to add them to the shopping cart. If a shopping cart option is given, go ahead and submit the order with the requirements. We will get an email of your order. Once we get the email of your order we will contact you via email or give you a call if we have any questions. You may also give us a call if you have any questions about your order.

3.  You should receive a confirmation of your order via email and/or at the time you select submit, if there is a shopping cart option available. If there is no shopping cart available and/or no prices available, please be sure to copy the information you wrote down about the item and put into our quote form so we may contact you within 24-48 hours with a price and to discuss your order.
